I am brewing my second batch of suds. This is a Honey Weizen wheat beer that will probably be slightly more alcoholic due to the added sugars present in the honey. I was hoping for a lighter color, but hopefully it turns out ok.

If I’m ever in town during the appropriate time, can I come on the taco ride? I have been drooling over it for about 6 months now. Almost makes me wish I lived in Omaha! Not you. Just the taco ride.
